Credit Card: – Motolet.es accepts Credit/Debit card which is an easy way to order payment. We use online secure ordering system. If you have any problem with payment through credit or debit card, contact our support team. To make it more secure, we will ship orders only to card’s holder register address. We accept Visa and Mastercard both.

PayPal: – The PayPal is free online payment service, and it makes bill payments secure, fast and easy. You just have to enter your PayPal account details and in just few click’s your payment will be received by us. Those orders which are paid via PayPal will be processed immediately. Make sure you send Paypal payments to info@motolet.es. For security reasons, the order will be shipped to your registered PayPal address.

Bank Transfers: –  We accept cash deposit and bank transfer. You can pay through the bank as well. When you deposit cash into Motolet account, please let us know by contacting our support center or email at once on info@motolet.es. After receiving your payment, we will immediately ship your order to your shipping address.

When will I receive my delivery?

When we receive your order payment, we ship it immediately without any delay. Recommended payment option is PayPal.

Shipping time is generally 3-5 days (In busy season due to holidays it may be 5-7 days).

How and when Customer can exchange or return a product?

  • After placing an order, you will get the confirmation email within few seconds. If you want to make any type of change in your placed order or if you want to cancel it, please contact us via email or by phone number within 24 hours.
  • If you have received a product which is not according to your placed order, then you can contact us through email or support service. We will exchange the product or refund you fully after receiving the product with receipt
  • If you return an order without any solid reason, we will charge you 5% of total order cost + shipping cost. After deduction, we will refund your remaining amount.
  • If you want to return your order for some reason then just make sure that you have 15 days from the day you receive the order.
